After a few days of technical difficulties in the editing department, the second part of last week’s podcast with Harrison Weinhold and Tom Garrett is ready to go. On this week’s edition, Tom and Harrison chat about a potpourri of topics, including, but not limited to: The Aaron Hernandez murder allegations, Fred Smoot’s Audi, escaping a gang-laden environment, whether Tom sounds like Sam Harris, people who argue that Jesus wasn’t a real person, hypocrisy and double-standards when it comes to discussing different religions, and an opposing (and victorious) high school quarterback showing up at Harrison’s prom. The guys then come full circle and go back to Hernandez, drawing comparisons to the O. J. Simpson case and how the two cases resonate differently with the American public. In addition, Harrison helpfully provides a brief tutorial for prospective murderers. Also listen as Tom unsuccessfully tries to wrap up the podcast no fewer than three times before the end! Enjoy, America!
